The purpose of this position is to supervise a VISN Reasonable Accommodation (RA) Shared Service Unit (SSU) that provides services, support, and advice in RA in support of all VHA medical centers and the Network. Incumbent supports the provision of reasonable accommodations allowing VHA staff to perform the essential functions of their position. This position is organizationally aligned under the VISN Human Resources Employee/Labor Relations Division.
