By creating an account, using the dashboard, or accessing any Jobquill feature you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use Jobquill.
2. Services Provided
- Job application tracker with pipeline stages, analytics, and follow-up reminders.
- Calendar and habit tooling to schedule interviews and stay accountable.
- Resume Studio with templates, content generators, and export tools.
- Integrations and notifications delivered through email or the Jobquill interface.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@jobquill.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Plans, Payments, and Cancellations
Jobquill offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may downgrade or cancel anytime from the billing page. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to breach or disrupt Jobquill's security or infrastructure.
- Do not resell or redistribute Jobquill except through an approved partnership.
6. Data & Privacy
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By using Jobquill you acknowledge the practices described there, including storing application data on our infrastructure and using third-party providers for hosting and payments.
7. Availability & Modifications
Jobquill strives for consistent availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be discontinued, or require upgrades. We will provide notice when changes materially impact paid customers.
8. Disclaimer & Liability
Jobquill is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee job placement or any specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobquill is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
