Registered Nurse - Transition-to-Practice Program Resident

The Registered Nurse (RN) - Transition to Practice (TTP) Program Resident is responsible for focusing on individual growth and development in practice with increased levels of self-direction. The new graduate nurse is expected to bring principles and theory with limited application of critical thinking skills. The RNTTP Program Resident will serve in this role over the course of a 12-month period.
