The job
The Advanced Medical Support Assistant will support the Surgical Care Service within the Iowa City VA Heath Care System in a PACT model. The PACT team let is a primary care team that generally consists of a provider (MD, NP, PA, PT, or OT), registered nurse care manager, clinical associate (LPN or medical assistant/health technician) and an administrative associate (MA/MSA/health technician).
