The job
The Lead Medical Support Assistant (MSA) position serves as the Lead Clerk for all Medical Support Assistant (MSA) staff including advanced Medical Support Assistants, within Scheduling Unit, HAS Service Line, and is a foundational role within the VHA Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) initiative, will also serve as Lead Clerk for the MSA staff at any of the Specialty Clinics to include Community Living Center at the CBOC.
