The job
The Lead Medical Support Assistant (MSA) serves within the Health Administration Service at the Durham Healthcare System and is based at the Greenville VA Healthcare Center in Greenville, NC. The position reports to the Supervisory Medical Support Assistant in the Specialty Clinics. The Lead MSA oversees workflows and work assignments, schedules and coordinates Veterans' care, analyzes team performance metrics, delivers training and resources to support Specialty Clinic operations.
