Part-Time School Van Driver

Are you a dependable, safety-conscious driver who enjoys working with children and serving your local community? Our school is seeking a Part-Time Van Driver to help safely transport students to and from school each day.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent weekday schedule, meaningful work, and the chance to make a positive difference in students’ lives.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Morning route: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
• Afternoon route: 1:50 PM – 2:50 PM
• Approximately 2 hours per day / 10 hours per week of scheduled driving time

Additional hours or duties may be available to reach 20 hours per week, depending on school needs.

Pay

• $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school using a 15-passenger van.
• Follow assigned pickup and drop-off schedules and routes.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for students.
• Complete basic vehicle safety checks and report maintenance concerns.
• Follow all school transportation policies and applicable traffic laws.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and families as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Safe driving habits and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working with children.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the mission and values of a Christian school.
