We are seeking an experienced Digital Press Operator to join a fast-paced commercial printing and production team. This role involves operating digital printing equipment to produce high-quality retail signage, promotional materials, and printed products while maintaining production schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor digital printing presses
• Set up jobs, adjust press settings, and maintain consistent print quality and color accuracy.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure jobs meet specifications.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work with production team members to meet deadlines and output goals.

Qualifications

• Previous digital press operating experience required.
• Experience operating Konica Minolta Accurio machines strongly preferred .
• Flexographic (Flexo) printing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of print production, color matching, and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a production environment.
• Ability to follow instructions, meet production deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.

Pay & Schedule

• $22.00 per hour
