Track every application, and let the extension log the ones you send

Looking for a Huntr alternative? Here is what JobQuill does, so you can decide for yourself.

JobQuill keeps every application in one pipeline, and Quill Apply, its browser extension, logs the ones you send as you send them. When a no comes back, it counts as a step forward.

Every application in one pipeline

Log an application by hand, from the Job Board or with the extension, and it lands in the same place. Move it along as you hear back.

On the free Standard plan

  • Unlimited applications, notes and calendar events
  • Visual pipeline in list, grid or board view
  • Your career roadmap, measured against real applications

Quill Apply logs what you send

Quill Apply is the JobQuill extension for Chrome and Edge.

  • Save a job from the page you are reading, straight to your pipeline or to your Inbox to sort later.

  • Fill in application forms from the profile you keep in your settings.

  • Press Submit on an application and it is logged for you. An Apply button often only opens the form, so after one of those Quill asks before logging anything.

On the free Standard plan

  • Browser extension clipping (Chrome or Edge), 5 saved jobs at a time
  • 3 Quill AI assists a day in the extension: application answers, cover letters and recruiter notes

Where JobQuill is different

  • One step forward

A rejection is logged as one step forward and earns XP. Quill answers it, and the first no of the day puts a Bounce Back quest on your board. This is free on every plan.

  • Free on the Standard plan: Daily quests, XP and streaks, including a quest Quill checks against the resume you actually sent.

  • The Job Board is inside the tracker. Picking up a posting opens its application and logs it in your pipeline.

    On the free Standard plan

    • 5 Job Board picks a day, and every result when you search
  • Pro is $19.99 a month, or $89.99 for 6 months. It starts with a 14-day free trial.

The free trial comes with your first Pro subscription.

Applications are unlimited on the free plan, so the whole list comes across.

  • Add the extension. Download Quill Apply from your settings and load it in Chrome or Edge. From then on, the applications you submit log themselves.
